Pelatihan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas bagi Guru Sekolah Dasar di Desa Karangan Dalam, Kabupaten Sintang, Kalimantan Barat: Sebuah Inisiatif Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat

Guru sekolah dasar di Desa Karangan Dalam, Kabupaten Sintang, Kalimantan Barat, menghadapi keterbatasan dalam memahami dan mengimplementasikan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) sebagai upaya sistematis peningkatan mutu pembelajaran. Kondisi ini diperparah oleh minimnya akses terhadap pelatihan profesional yang relevan di daerah terpencil. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam memahami konsep, merancang, melaksanakan, dan melaporkan PTK secara mandiri. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama empat hari pada Januari 2026 di Aula SDN 04 Karangan Dalam dengan melibatkan 30 guru sebagai peserta. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup ceramah interaktif, latihan terbimbing, workshop penyusunan proposal PTK, dan klinik penulisan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman konseptual peserta dari rerata 36,4% menjadi 82,7%, peningkatan kemampuan menyusun proposal PTK yang memenuhi standar, serta tumbuhnya motivasi dan kepercayaan diri guru dalam melakukan penelitian berbasis kelas. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi terhadap penguatan profesionalisme guru dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan di wilayah pedalaman Kalimantan Barat.
